At your desk, no standing up
Move without leaving your chair
You don't need to stand up to do your body some good. This routine is done seated, right on your office chair: five simple movements to release your back, hips and wrists.
~5 min · 5 movements · on a chair

Seated thoracic rotation
0:40Targets upper back rotation — the area that freezes when you sit all day. More precise than a classic seated twist.

Straight leg on a chair
1:00Stretches the back of the thigh without leaving your chair.

Figure 4 on a chair
1:00The chair version of the figure 4 stretch: it stretches the glute and the back of the hip without leaving your seat.

Cross-body shoulder stretch
1:00Stretches the back of the shoulder, an area that stiffens when you spend time with your arms in front of you.

Wrist extension stretch
1:00Stretches the top of the forearm, constantly tensed by mouse and keyboard use. Relieves wrist tension.
