By using the Mouvo app, you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of service

Mouvo is a mobility app designed for active adults. It offers short mobility and stretching routines targeted by body zone. The app is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice.

3. Appropriate use

You agree to use Mouvo solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for your own physical condition and should consult a doctor before starting any new exercise program if you have health concerns.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Mouvo offers in-app purchases (monthly subscription, annual subscription, or lifetime access). Purchases are managed by Apple through the App Store. Refund terms are those of Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your device settings.

5. Limitation of liability

Mouvo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any injuries or damages that may result from using the app. Use the app at your own risk.

6. Intellectual property

All content in the app (videos, text, images, design) is the exclusive property of Mouvo and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication in the app.
