1. Data collected

Mouvo only collects data necessary for the app to function. All your personal data (targeted zones, history, preferences) is stored locally on your device. We do not collect personally identifiable data.

2. Local data

The following information is stored locally on your device:

• Your targeted zone preferences
• Your routine history
• Your reminder settings
• Your progress (consistency)

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

3. Analytics

We use PostHog, a third-party analytics service hosted in Europe, to understand how the app is used and improve the experience. The data collected is anonymous and includes:

• Screens viewed
• Actions performed (starting a routine, completing an exercise)
• Technical information (app version, operating system)

This data is aggregated and does not allow you to be personally identified. No advertising identifier (IDFA) is collected.

4. Notifications

If you enable reminders, we use your device's notification system. These notifications are managed locally and do not go through our servers.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. The only data transmitted is the anonymous analytics described in section 3.

6. Security

Your data is securely stored on your device using native storage mechanisms.

7. Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of access : know what data is collected
• Right of deletion : delete all your data by reinstalling the app or through settings
• Right to object : disable analytics by contacting us
