After a run
Stretch your legs after the effort
Running mostly works your legs: thighs, calves, hips. This routine runs through four stretches, standing then on the floor, to relax them once the effort is over.
~4 min · 4 movements · standing then on the floor

Standing quad stretch
1:00Deeply stretches the front of the thigh by pushing the hip forward. More complete than a simple heel-to-glute.

Standing hamstring stretch
1:00Stretches the back of the thigh standing up, without having to get down on the floor. Convenient to do anywhere.

Straight-leg calf stretch
1:00Stretches the main calf muscle. Reduces stiffness and helps you walk more comfortably.

Figure 4 stretch
1:00Stretches the deep hip muscles and glutes, which often tighten from prolonged sitting.
